I would hope that they value customer service but in this case they refuse to refund any portion of the excessive charge, even though it happened as a result of unclear procedures and lack of signage as to what to do with the keys. There was nobody in the booth and there were no signs or instructions on what to do with the rental contract or the keys. If returning your vehicle outside of business hours simply park in one of the car parks and put your key in one of the two drop boxes located at the gold booth and the airport counter. When we arrived at the car rental garage to drop off our Dollar Rental there was nobody on duty. With car hire locations across Australia, we have the car for you.
